Overnight Newborn
Support in Denver, CO

Hands-on, evidence-based night-nanny & newborn sleep support so you wake up more rested, confident, and ready to enjoy baby.

What Overnight Support Looks Like

Overnight support typically takes place in your home while you rest. A trained overnight caregiver is present to care for your newborn and support the household through the night.

This may include:

  • Responsive newborn care throughout the night

  • Feeding support (bottle feeding or bringing baby to parent for feeds)

  • Diapering, soothing, and settling

  • Guidance and gentle education for parents on infant cues and sleep foundations

  • Light newborn-related tasks to help mornings feel easier

  • Morning recap of the night with notes or suggestions

  • Calm, nurturing presence so you can rest and recover

Each overnight shift is tailored to your family’s preferences, feeding plan, and comfort level.

Overnight newborn support can be helpful for many families, including those who:

  • Want support adjusting to life with a newborn

  • Are recovering from birth and need protected rest

Our Approach to Overnight Newborn Care

Our overnight support is grounded in calm, responsive, and family-centered care. We believe overnight support should feel steady and reassuring, never intrusive or rigid.

Caregivers focus on:

  • Infant-led, responsive care throughout the night

  • Supporting parent rest and recovery

  • Adapting to your family’s feeding plan and preferences

  • Offering gentle guidance and reassurance when welcomed

Families appreciate our thoughtful, relationship-based approach and the consistency of working with experienced caregivers who understand both newborn care and the postpartum period.

We intentionally work with a limited number of families to ensure each one receives personalized, attentive overnight support.
