We'll introduce you to candidates who meet the needs of your position and coordinate the next steps. You'll have the opportunity to interview candidates, ask questions, and get to know them before making your decision.
04 | Navigate the Hiring Process
Once you've found a candidate you'd like to hire, we'll help you understand what comes next. From employment agreements and compensation to benefits, payroll, and other employer responsibilities, you'll have guidance as you move through the hiring process.
05 | Begin Your New Care Arrangement
With your nanny selected and the details in place, you'll be ready to begin your new childcare relationship with a clearer understanding of expectations and responsibilities on both sides.
A Preferred Benefit for Fourth Support Families
Nanny placement is available exclusively to families who have partnered with Fourth Support for postpartum support.
Because this service is an extension of the care we already provide to our families, we've intentionally structured our placement fee to offer a more accessible path to professional nanny placement without the additional initiation fees often associated with starting a new search.
NANNY PLACEMENT | $1,950 ONE-TIME PLACEMENT FEE
Your placement fee includes the nanny search, candidate screening, background and reference checks, thoughtful matching, interview coordination, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Nanny wages, payroll, taxes, benefits, and other employment-related costs are separate and remain the responsibility of the family.
