Daytime Postpartum
Support in Denver, CO

Gentle, practical daytime care to help your growing family recover, learn, and find your own rhythm with confidence.

What Daytime Postpartum Support Looks Like

Daytime support is shaped around your family’s immediate needs. A trained postpartum caregiver is present to support both parent and baby, helping the day feel more manageable and supported.

OUR DAYTIME SUPPORT INCLUDES:

  • Newborn care and soothing support while parents rest or shower

  • Infant feeding support (bottle or breastfeeding support, as appropriate)

  • Light household support related to baby care and postpartum recovery

  • Meal prep and nourishment support

  • Gentle parent education and emotional support

Each daytime shift is shaped by what feels most helpful that day and evolves as your family's needs change.

Who Daytime Support is For

Daytime postpartum support can be especially helpful for families who:

  • Want hands-on help during the weeks after birth

  • Are recovering physically and need practical support at home

  • Feel overwhelmed by household tasks while caring for a newborn

  • Want nourishment, rest, and reassurance during the day

  • Prefer flexible, responsive support rather than structured care

Support can be short-term or ongoing, depending on what feels right for your family.

Our Approach to Daytime Postpartum Care

Our approach to daytime support is calm, nurturing, and responsive. We believe daytime care should lighten the load—not add pressure or expectations.

CAREGIVERS FOCUS ON:

  • Supporting recovery and rest for parents

  • Caring for baby while attending to household needs

  • Offering nourishment and practical help

  • Meeting families where they are, day by day

Families value the steady presence of caregivers who understand the postpartum period and offer support that adapts as needs shift.

Daytime Support Pricing

Our experienced postpartum doulas provide loving daytime support tailored to your family’s needs. Each package includes newborn care, light household help, meal prep, and parent guidance. Families schedule 4–6 hour shifts with their doula however it works best for them.

These package rates are all-inclusive, covering caregiver compensation, agency coordination, and ongoing support—no placement fees or hidden costs. Many families are also able to use corporate or fertility benefits to offset the cost of care. If you think you may qualify, we’re happy to help you understand and navigate your options.

WHAT FAMILIES ARE SAYING

Kaylin helped us feel more confident as new parents and genuinely cared about both baby and us as a family. Her support allowed us to rest, reset, and actually enjoy those precious early days.

Craig

So incredibly grateful for the entire fourth support team! Carly and Ocean were truly lifesavers. Both women exuded kindness, compassion, and were a wealth of knowledge in caregiving. We are forever grateful.

Kelsey

My husband and I couldn’t have started my parenthood journey with anyone else. It’s not easy to trust somebody else to take care of your baby, but Kaylin made me and my family and my baby feel so safe and taken care of. I would recommend her to any parent!

Katrina

With my high-risk newborn on oxygen and dealing with numerous health issues, Kaylin was on the team with me 150%. I never once hesitated or felt nervous leaving my daughter in her care. That kind of reassurance, especially when you are postpartum, is incredibly rare.
