How it Works
Our process is designed to feel personal, supportive, and seamless from the very beginning. We take a highly intentional approach to matching and planning so that each family feels truly cared for—not just scheduled.

Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy or reaching out after your baby arrives, we’re here to guide you with clarity, warmth, and attention to detail every step of the way.

Step 1: Inquiry
To begin, we invite you to complete our inquiry form and share a bit about your family, your due date (or your baby’s age), and the type of support you’re hoping for.

Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review it thoughtfully and follow up within 24 hours to begin the conversation.
Step 2: Consultation
Next, we’ll connect over a consultation call—a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help us get to know one another.

During this call, we’ll:
-
Learn more about your family and your current needs
-
Explore what type of support would feel most helpful
-
Walk through how our services work in more detail
-
Answer any questions you may have about care, timing, or logistics

This conversation allows us to ensure we’re aligned and that our support will feel like the right fit for your family.
Step 3: Booking & Reservation
Once you decide to move forward, we’ll secure your care with a signed service agreement and deposit.

At this stage, we’ll also begin reserving space within our team’s availability for your anticipated care.

As part of the booking process, we’ll provide a detailed intake form to gather deeper information about your family, preferences, household rhythms, feeding plans, sleep goals, and any other details that will help us thoughtfully prepare for your care.

This information allows us to:

-
Fully understand your needs and priorities
-
Prepare for a personalized caregiver match
-
Ensure continuity and consistency in your support
Step 4: Caregiver Matching
With your booking confirmed and intake form complete, we thoughtfully begin the process of matching you with the right caregiver.
We consider:
-
Personality and communication style
-
Experience and specialties
-
Availability and scheduling needs
-
Any preferences or priorities you’ve shared
-
Household dynamics and family structure
-
Feeding approach and support needs (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding)
-
Sleep philosophy and goals
-
Previous postpartum experience or support history
-
Cultural preferences or sensitivities
-
Any specific needs, routines, or expectations within the home
Our goal is to create a match that feels natural, comfortable, and supportive for your family.
Step 5: Caregiver Introduction
Once a potential match has been identified, we begin by sharing caregiver bios with you to review at your own pace.

These profiles offer insight into each caregiver’s experience, background, and approach to care, allowing you to get a feel for who they are before connecting directly.

If the match feels aligned, we’ll then facilitate an introduction call so you can meet your caregiver, ask questions, and connect in real time.

This step is designed to ensure:
-
You feel comfortable and informed
-
There’s an opportunity to build rapport
-
You have confidence moving forward before care begins
We want you to feel a genuine sense of trust and connection with the person supporting your family.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
Once care begins, your caregiver will step into your home with a supportive, calm, and personalized approach tailored to your family’s rhythms and preferences.

Care is delivered based on the plan we’ve created together and may include daytime support, overnight care, newborn care guidance, feeding support, and assistance in establishing routines that feel sustainable for your family.

Your caregiver will work alongside you in a way that feels collaborative and respectful—offering both hands-on support and gentle guidance as needed, while honoring your comfort level and parenting style.

Throughout your time with us, we remain available as your point of contact to ensure continuity, answer questions, and support you with any adjustments that may arise. Our goal is to provide an experience that feels consistent, attentive, and truly supportive from start to finish.
Let's Get Started

Choosing postpartum support is a meaningful step, and we’re honored to be considered as part of that journey.

Our goal is to make this process feel clear, supportive, and thoughtfully guided from the very beginning—so you feel confident knowing you have experienced, reliable care in place when you need it most.

If you’re ready to explore support for your family, or simply want to learn more about what working together could look like, we would love to connect with you.
