Many families we support during the postpartum period find themselves seeking ongoing, consistent care as their baby grows. Our Denver nanny placement service was created to offer a thoughtful next step—one that builds on the trust, standards, and continuity established during postpartum support.

Rather than starting over with a traditional nanny agency or online marketplace, families can transition into long-term nanny care with guidance from a team that already understands the needs of new parents, infants, and young children.

We work with families across Denver and the surrounding Front Range who value intentional matching, clear communication, and long-term success.
We take a relationship-based approach to nanny placement. Our focus is not on volume, but on fit—ensuring each placement supports the well-being of both the family and caregiver.

Our process includes:

-
A personalized family intake and care needs assessment
-
Guidance in defining the role, schedule, and expectations
-
Sourcing trusted candidates
-
Careful resume review and shortlisting
-
Interview coordination and support
-
Guidance around compensation, contracts, and onboarding
-
Transition support during the initial weeks of care

Our Approach to Denver Nanny Placement
Who Our Nanny Placement Is For

Our Denver nanny placement service is for families seeking long-term, in-home care with an emphasis on continuity, trust, and thoughtful matching.

This service is a good fit for families who:
-
Are transitioning from postpartum or overnight support
-
Want consistent nanny care beyond the newborn stage
-
Value alignment, communication, and longevity
-
Prefer a boutique alternative to a traditional nanny agency
Our placements are grounded in postpartum awareness and early childhood experience. Caregivers in our network understand the needs of growing families and are selected with long-term success in mind.
Denver Nanny Placement Pricing
Full-Service Nanny Placement
$4,500–$6,000 flat placement fee
This is a one-time fee for full-service nanny placement and family matching. Pricing varies based on role complexity, schedule, and level of support needed, and does not include ongoing nanny wages.
Postpartum Family Continuity Rate
Families who receive postpartum support through Fourth Support Colorado receive a $750 placement credit toward nanny placement services.
This credit reflects our continuity-of-care model and is applied at the time of booking.
What to Expect Next
