Who We Are

Denver night nanny

At Fourth Support Colorado, our team is made up of compassionate, highly trained doulas and newborn care specialists who share one mission: to help families rest, recover, and thrive in the early months after birth.

Each member of our team brings unique experience, gentle care, and a deep respect for every family’s journey.
We’re here to walk beside you with calm, practical support and heartfelt care—offering the
expertise, reassurance, and guidance you need to feel confident and well supported as you settle into life with your newborn.

Why Families Work With Us

Our role is to steady the early weeks so you can rest, recover, and feel supported in your home. Our team offers a consistent, values-led approach rooted in calm presence, evidence-based guidance, and deeply personalized care.

Small, Boutique Care–  We intentionally keep our team  small so care stays personal, consistent, and relationship-driven. Families are paired with one primary caregiver to support continuity, trust, and a familiar presence in your home.

Highly Vetted, Thoughtfully Chosen– Every team member is carefully screened before joining Fourth Support Colorado. Our vetting process includes in-depth interviews, comprehensive background and reference checks, verification of current CPR/First Aid certification, and a confirmation of relevant certifications, which vary based on each provider's training and role.

Reliable Support, Built In– While care is centered around one consistent caregiver, our team structure provides reliable backup support if someone is unexpectedly unavailable–helping ensure continuity during a season when dependability matters most.

Local & Accessible– Based in Denver and serving the Front Range, we bring region-specific knowledge, trusted referrals, and community connections to the families we support. From local providers to neighborhood resources, our care is grounded in the realities of life here.

Hourly rates vary by support type. Most care falls between $50 - $55/hour, all inclusive.

We also work with many corporate and fertility benefit programs—ask us about using your benefits.

Meet Kaylin
Founder, Certified Postpartum Doula, Advanced NCS

With over twelve years of experience supporting infants and new parents, Kaylin is passionate about guiding families through the fourth trimester. After working closely with newly postpartum moms and experiencing three pregnancies herself, Kaylin recognized how limited physical support, education, and resources can be for new families.

Determined to make a difference, she founded Fourth Support Colorado to provide comprehensive postpartum support in Denver—offering guidance, education, and resources that help parents navigate the early weeks with confidence, care, and personalized support.

When she’s not busy swaddling babies, Kaylin enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their pup. She loves traveling, skiing Colorado’s mountains, and brunching with friends in Denver!

With my high-risk newborn on oxygen and dealing with numerous health issues, Kaylin was on the team with me 150%. I never once hesitated or felt nervous leaving my daughter in her care. I knew she would be cared for like she was Kaylin's own. That kind of reassurance, especially when you are postpartum, is incredibly rare.

Carly brings a wealth of experience and care to Fourth Support Colorado in a unique dual role. She serves as our Caregiver Onboarding Specialist, welcoming new caregivers to the team and guiding them through interviews and orientation. Families may know her for her dedicated night care, helping babies and parents get the rest they need! As a Newborn Care Specialist, her goal is to bring back the warm, reassuring feeling of having a village—genuine support for families during the transformative and often uncertain early days of welcoming new life into the world.

Carly is also mom to her own baby girl and has been loving the wild days of toddlerhood. Outside of caring for little ones, she enjoys soaking up the Colorado sunshine, thrifting for treasures, and reading a good book.
