Denver Certified Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Specialist
I have over twelve years of experience supporting infants and new parents and am passionate about guiding families through the fourth trimester. I started my career as a nanny and household manager, and over time, I chose to specialize in newborn care and postpartum support as a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist. I love helping families in Denver and the surrounding area navigate the early weeks with confidence, care, and personalized guidance.
While working closely with newly postpartum moms and experiencing three pregnancies myself, I realized how limited physical support, education, and resources for new families can be. Determined to make a difference, I founded Fourth Support Colorado to provide comprehensive postpartum support in Denver, offering guidance, education, and resources that help new parents navigate the early weeks with confidence and care.
I am an Advanced Newborn Care Specialist and Certified Postpartum Doula. I have a passion for supporting families as they grow and strive to provide quality education and care. My goal is to give families the confidence, knowledge, and tools for success during this major life transition.​​​​​
When I'm not busy swaddling babies, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, and our pup. I love traveling, skiing Colorado's mountains, and having brunch with friends in Denver!
