Support through
the Fourth Trimester

The first twelve weeks after the birth of a baby is a vitally important time. Baby is growing and developing rapidly. You are just getting to know this whole new human and trying to juggle all of their needs while also trying to emotionally and physically recover from birth.

The focus in the fourth trimester suddenly shifts from mom to baby. How's feeding going? How are they sleeping? You'll hear these questions over and again from doctors and well-meaning friends and family.
Just as important are questions like: when was the last time YOU ate? Do YOU need a nap?

At Fourth Support Colorado, I understand how challenging the fourth trimester can be for new parents. I offer a range of services specifically designed to support you and your family during this time. I specialize in comprehensive postpartum support for the whole family, offering advice, education, and care to ensure that my clients feel happy, relaxed, and confident in their new roles.
