I will personalize a care plan to help you navigate through the challenges of the postpartum period with ease and confidence.

Overnight Care
Is your family in need of some quality sleep all around? My overnight newborn care service is designed to support new parents during their first weeks at home. I assist with all aspects of newborn care, so you can the get quality rest you need. I will help you navigate through those early nights with baby and set you up with a strong sleep foundation for years to come.

Newborn Sleep Consult
This package is specifically designed for babies 0-16 weeks. I offer a personalized approach to sleep training tailored to your baby's specific needs and your lifestyle. With my gentle and effective methods, you can feel confident in helping your little one develop healthy sleep habits that will last a lifetime. This package includes a 30 minute phone consultation, your own personalized sleep plan, and 2 weeks of text support as you implement the plan.

This package includes everything in the Newborn Sleep Consult PLUS:
+ 2 hours of in-home support to implement our plan together, evaluate sleep environment and work through any unique questions or challenges.
